Facility
Our 21,000 square foot manufacturing facility with a 14,000 square foot fabrication area has room to fabricate multiple process skids, flow-vert panels and process tanks to 3A Standards. Our shop also fabricates a variety of custom parts and equipment with a focus on quality and attention to detail. We specialize in Tig welding along with MIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding of various metals including 304, 316L, AXL-6XN stainless steel and aluminum.
Safety Program
Sanitary Process Systems, Inc. (SPS) values the safety and health of all our employees. SPS has established a systematic approach for identifying and evaluating hazards, and SPS actively works to act on that knowledge in preventing accidents, injuries, and illnesses in our workplace and job sites.
While SPS strives to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, our policy goes beyond compliance, and calls for using a safe and healthful method for any task, whether or not there are regulations that require the safe technique. SPS has modeled this program on the guidelines promulgated by OSHA, and has modified it to suit our particular needs.
